About Us

Barbara Allen and Ed Somodi, owners of The Postmodern Picnic, have been creating customized business and retail gift baskets since 1997. Their unique gift basketry answers the flower-substitute for anniversaries, birthdays, corporate accounts and holidays. Their creations also may serve as gestures of good will, get well wishes, condolences and wedding blessings.

Each gift is individually created for their customers who choose from a variety of gift containers, food eatables and gift items to create their own one-of-a-kind gift basket. Barbara and Ed believe in the philosophy of Making their Sender Look Good in their Receivers Eyes.
